What's in The Petit Pélican box?

Every month you will receive all the necessary materials and instructions for surprise crafts on nature topics, as well as a magazine on the topic of the month.

Each box teaches a new art technique: clay, watercolors, colored sand, etc., so your child can try out different materials.

What age group are these boxes for?

3-8 years old. However, this is just a general guideline. Artistic activities have no age limitations! Our crafts can benefit parents, grandparents and helpers who wish to join the activity.

When will I get my first box?

Subscribe by the 30th in the month to get next month’s box. All subscription boxes ship out the first week of the month. 

Previous months' boxes ship out within 3 working days.

Can I get just one box?

Yes! If you’d like to try out The Petit Pélican Box or send one as a gift, all you have to do is to select the Single Box.

How do billing and shipping work?

We are a monthly prepaid subscription. That means you are billed only once. When you purchase your first box, your card is charged immediately for the subscription plan you’ve chosen.

Boxes ship out the first week of each month. To receive the "current" box, you must sign up on or before the last day of the previous month. For example, in order to get the "October box", sign up before the last day in September.

An item in my box broke. What can I do?

We always check the items to make sure they are intact before placing them inside your The Petit Pélican Box. However, if you receive a broken item, please contact us via the contact form within 3 days of receiving your box and we will gladly assist you! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are broken during or after use.

What if I want to cancel my subscription and receive a refund?

Contact us via the contact form and we'll find a solution. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for boxes that have already shipped.
